The KANK project team operates this directory. It helps you choose KANK Eats, KANK Health, KANK Guest House and KankMed, and find public KANK token information. These terms cover use of the directory. Prices, availability, booking conditions and payment choices are shown by the service you select.

Choosing a service

Opening a directory link does not itself place an order, confirm a room, book a doctor or make a payment. Review the details at the destination before submitting a request. A request, successful payment and confirmed booking are distinct steps. Use the confirmation shown by that service rather than assuming a booking is complete because you clicked a link.

Payments, cancellations and refunds

Pay through the checkout or bank instructions shown in the service's own booking flow. Check the amount, recipient and reference before paying. Do not send banking passwords, card security codes or one-time codes through a directory enquiry.

Cancellation and refund handling depends on the service, the booking and whether delivery or care has started. Read the conditions provided by that service. If a payment fails, is duplicated or cannot be matched, contact the service with the booking or order reference and payment reference. Do not send full card details. These directory terms do not replace applicable consumer rights.

Healthcare and emergencies

Public website descriptions and token information are not a medical diagnosis. Clinical advice belongs in the healthcare service with the clinician handling your care. KANK Health, Guardian and KankMed are not emergency response services. For a medical emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital.

Use of the website

Provide accurate contact and booking details, and only submit another person's information when you are authorised to do so. Do not impersonate staff, attempt to access another person's records, interfere with the website, submit harmful content or use automated requests to abuse a service.

Privacy and external services

Read the privacy notice for directory processing, service boundaries and privacy contacts. Payment providers, WhatsApp, Telegram, token explorers and other external destinations have their own terms and privacy practices. Check the destination before entering sensitive information.

KANK token terms

Please read before buying, holding or selling KANK. Don't invest unless you're prepared to lose all the money you invest. This is a high-risk investment and you are unlikely to be protected if something goes wrong. Take 2 mins to learn more.

This section applies to the KANK token (BNB Smart Chain contract 0x10BA136F3d56c30D271D77f09d7dc251992b0F14) and to the token facts page. In this section "we" and "us" mean the KANK project team. By using the token pages or acquiring KANK you agree to this section. You must be 18 or over (or the age of legal capacity where you live, if higher) to acquire KANK.

The token pages are not directed at, and KANK must not be acquired by, anyone in a place where doing so, or seeing this information, would be unlawful or would require us to hold a licence, registration or approval we do not have. In particular they are not directed at:

You must make sure that buying, holding and selling KANK is lawful where you live. You are responsible for checking and following the laws, taxes and rules that apply to you.

KANK is a digital asset. The KANK project team does not claim that KANK is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Nigeria, or with any other regulator.

3. Your acknowledgement of risk

By acquiring or holding KANK you confirm that you have read the risk disclosure and understand that: you may lose all the money you put in; the price can be extremely volatile; liquidity is very small and you may be unable to sell; most of the supply is held by linked wallets; blockchain transactions cannot be reversed; scams and fake tokens exist; and laws and regulators may change how tokens are treated.

4. Third-party services

KANK is traded and stored using services we do not own or control, including PancakeSwap, Trust Wallet, Binance Wallet, MetaMask, card and bank on-ramp providers, BscScan, block explorers, data sites and the BNB Smart Chain network itself. Links to them are for convenience only. Your use of them is governed by their own terms, fees and privacy notices. We are not responsible for their availability, prices, quotes, warnings, errors, security or conduct, and a link is not an endorsement or partnership.

5. No fiduciary duty

We do not act as your adviser, agent, broker, custodian or trustee. We never hold your tokens, funds or keys, and we owe you no fiduciary duty. We may hold KANK ourselves and may buy, sell or transfer it at any time, subject to the public on-chain records shown on the token page.

6. No warranties

The site, the token information and the KANK smart contract are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including about accuracy, completeness, fitness for a purpose, security, uptime, value, liquidity or that the contract is free of bugs. Dated figures and third-party scan results may be out of date.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the KANK project team and its contributors are not liable for any loss of money, tokens, profit, data or opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss, arising from KANK, the smart contract, the site, third-party services, market movements, or your wallet or keys. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid directly to the KANK project team, if any (normally zero, because we do not sell KANK directly), and (b) ₦100,000. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing removes statutory consumer rights you cannot give up.

8. Indemnity

To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover the KANK project team for claims, losses and reasonable costs caused by your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your breach of any law or third-party right.

9. Supply concentration

Most of the KANK supply is held by a treasury wallet and linked reserve wallets associated with the KANK project team (about 99.86% in the 27 August 2026 snapshot). The team and those wallets may hold, move, transfer, use or sell KANK at any time, and this can move the price sharply. These holdings are not subject to a vesting lock. All balances are public on BscScan.

10. Blockchain transactions are irreversible

Transactions on BNB Smart Chain are final and cannot be reversed, cancelled or refunded by us or anyone else. If you send tokens to the wrong address, approve a malicious contract, or lose or expose your seed phrase or private key, your tokens may be lost permanently. We do not hold your keys and cannot recover them.

11. Forward-looking statements, no promises

Any statement on this site or our channels about plans, proposals or the future (including the proposed KANK Med and KEMO pilot, listings, partnerships or new uses) is a forward-looking statement. It reflects current intentions only, may change or be abandoned at any time, and is not a promise, guarantee or commitment. Do not acquire KANK in reliance on any future plan.

12. Trademarks and no affiliation

KANK is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Binance, BNB Chain, PancakeSwap, Trust Wallet, MetaMask, BscScan, CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap or any exchange or wallet provider. Their names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to describe where and how KANK can be viewed or traded.

13. Third-party and community content

Posts, videos, price predictions, "signals", groups and comments made by other people, influencers or community members, including in our Telegram or replies on X, are not made or endorsed by the KANK project team. We are not responsible for them and you should not rely on them. We do not pay for promotion that is not clearly labelled as paid.

We will never message you first, offer "support", promise returns, run giveaways that need you to send funds, or ask for your seed phrase, private key or one-time codes. Anything else claiming to be KANK is not us.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you have a complaint or dispute, you agree to first email realkem@kankmed.com with the details, and both sides will try in good faith to resolve it amicably within 30 days. If it is not resolved, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live.

16. Changes to these terms and severability

We may change these terms at any time by publishing a new version on this page. The "Last updated" date (currently 13 October 2026) shows the version in force, and continuing to use the site or hold KANK after a change means you accept it. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
